1. Account Registration & Authentication
We provide two methods for accessing our services: Email/Password combinations or Login with Discord. By using "Login with Discord" via Laravel Socialite, you authorize us to access specific information permitted by Discord’s API to facilitate your account creation.

2. Wrestling Stats & Simulation Integrity
The Site utilizes a proprietary engine to manage wrestler attributes including STR, AGI, STA, CHA, TEC, and PRO. Stats are determined by weight class and are subject to adjustment by Site administrators to ensure a balanced environment.

3. Technical Limitations & Hosting
efednation.com is hosted on a shared hosting environment. While we strive for seamless operation, we do not guarantee 100% uptime and reserve the right to take the Site offline for updates to the Socialite addons or core engine improvements.

4. Data Privacy
We use your data primarily to facilitate the wrestling simulation and community features. We may use Discord Webhooks to transmit site activity, such as match results, to our community channels.

5. Financial Contributions & Support

Voluntary Nature: Explicitly state that "Support" or "Donations" are strictly voluntary and do not grant the user ownership of the site or special immunity from community rules.

No Refund Policy: Clearly state that all contributions are final and non-refundable to protect yourself against PayPal chargebacks.

No "Pay-to-Win": To maintain the integrity of your weight class system, clarify that financial support does not provide an advantage in wrestler stats like STR or AGI.

Third-Party Processors: State that payments are handled by third parties (like PayPal) and that EfedNation does not store credit card information directly on its shared hosting server.
